I am working for Ericsson since 15th of February 2007. My current position is Customer Solution Manager. My responsibility is to address all MTN technical needs and requirements by proposing most competitive and the most suitable solution. Practically, this means:
• Understand telecommunication industry changes and transformations,
• Understand MTN Cameroon’s Business, network and strategies,
• Define and implement Ericsson strategy towards MTN Cameroon for product and services,
• Translate MTN forecasts and Business plan into network capacity requirements,
• Ensure the network is dimensioned to provide the required capacity,
• Manage different teams, solutions and product areas to prepare cost effective Solutions to MTN,
• Prepare budget and Scope of work for up-coming projects,
• Ensure proper Solution handover to project delivery,
• Ensure Detailed Network design is done according to contracted solution,
• Ensure that the proposed solutions and Network designs are professionally documented,
• Ensure Integration of the solution to the network as designed,
• Actively participate in Project meetings and Steering committee meetings,
• Ensure final integrated solution is properly documented for handover to support,
• Support MTN operations or Ericsson SDM when required.
Prior to Ericsson, I worked for SPIT and ISTS in Yaoundé, Cameroon. I had some other experiences with Gemplus (currently Gemalto) in France, ANRT and Maroc Telecom in Morocco.
I completed the Leadership Core Curriculum (LCC) program to further improve my leadership and management skills. I am in a leadership role. I have demonstrated leadership qualities and achieved results for Ericsson. I am people oriented, committed, focused, and very innovative. I thrive to deliver on time and with quality.
