  • PSiDEO - Business Consultant & IT Coordinator

    Plan les Ouates 2012 - maintenant Business Consultant for PSiDEO's software suite, aimed at event organization. (Congresses, Conferences, Trade-shows, Meetings…). Responsibilities :
    •Project Management: client implementation, new functionalities.
    •Requirement gathering for clients, taking into accounts the different needs and constraints (legal, cultural) specific to each country and each company.
    •Functional and high-level technical specifications.
    •Testing (testing automation).
    •Training and support for the super users of the tools. Achievements: Implementation of two major clients in a very aggressive timeframe. IT Project Coordinator for PSiDEO's main client (61 offices in 31 countries) Responsibilities :
    •Implementation and support for the existing tools. (HR and financial reporting: ProConcept, mass mailing and surveys)
    •Requirement gathering and validation for the deployment (and if needed the development) of new tools (Wage budget, CRM).
    •Project Coordination between the local IT teams and external consultants.
  • AMADEUS - Product Definition

    2008 - 2012 Working in an international IT company with major industry actors. Responsibilities :
    •Project management with the different profiles involved (marketing, functional, development)
    •Requirement gathering and validation through workshops organized directly on the client’s premises or by video conference. (Brazil, Korea, Germany, Belgium)
    •Product design and product functional specification writing using UML (Class diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams)
    •Product validation through test campaigns using business scenarios defined with the client. (Testing automation)
    •Onsite implementation and onsite training provided directly to an airline's training department.
    •Product maintenance and support. Achievements: Project Management: project involving 6 teams over 3 sites in France, Belgium and Germany for the migration of a new document solution for one of Amadeus key product. Creation of xml webservices following different standards to support the product functionalities. User interface experience: involved in the design of several GUIs, along with the Usability team.
