    Saint-Malo 2013 - maintenant Starting from scratch brand launching experience, we have opened in November 2013 the two first Bonobo stores in China then 16 stores in 2014

    - Project setting up including market analysis, focus group organization and price level definition,
    - Manage and drive the global adaptation of the brand for the Chinese market: fitting, labeling and quality standards,
    - Build and manage a product development team: recruitment of 2 buyers and 4 designers to achieve a specific collection for the Chinese market. Achievements: 600 specific models color created for AW14 and 560 models color for SS15.

  • Groupe BEAUMANOIR - Brand Manager (Bonobo)

    Saint-Malo 2011 - 2013 In charge of Bonobo for export buying office

    - Team and P&L management: 4 senior and 4 junior merchandisers. TO achieved: 2011 = 15M USD / 2012 = 20M USD / 2013: 23M USD),
    - Supplier pool optimization and definition of the business strategy with buyers and buying office director from France,
    - Supplier sourcing (finished goods and fabrics),
    - Manage, drive and implement an action plan to improve quality and delivery,
    - ERP system setting up for the export buying office (project leader). Achievements: development, order follow-up and shipment modules implementation including an alert system to follow up production’s milestones and a KPI management system.

    2009 - 2011 In charge of the production, industrialization and development for heavy stitching goods, especially pop up items such as the “2seconds” tent or “The Kage”
