Firstly interested in Social behavior and virtual communities embedment — but with a strong interest in sciences, business, multimedia, technology and IT — I graduated from Social Anthropology and Sociology in 2010. In this field, I studied statistics, Economics and social theorization. In order to broaden my competencies and to be able to deal with business and marketing issues, I studied an extra year and obtained a Complementary Master in Management and Business Administration (Marketing Specialization). When joining Business & Decision in 2013 I specialized in CRM which logically ensues my course.
