Praxedo publishes a SaaS Field Service Management solution that completes existing ERP with advanced technologies such as optimized scheduling or mobile tracking.
As the Product leader in Praxedo, responsible for:
• Helping to define global vision and product strategy, as well as short and long-term roadmap
• Conducting detailed product competitive analysis
• Translating Praxedo roadmap into detailed requirements, building functional features and test requirements along with R&D team, until final roll out (including feature packaging and training)
• Liaising with all stakeholders, including sales, marketing, project management, R&D and support teams, UX/UI designers and technical writers, as well as customers.

- Supporting marketing activities by promoting Optics portfolio towards customers during prospect phase, evaluating their needs and assisting them in preparing the technical aspects of Request for Proposal (RFP) documents,
- Supporting sales managers in their customer approach to identify and turn opportunities into purchase orders,- Managing proposal development process and supporting pre-sales engineers in providing competitive offers to RFx (responsible for product and pricing strategies, proposal validation…),
- Tracking opportunities and keeping orders record,
- Preparing a yearly market plan (market shares, competition…) for Middle East & North Africa region
