  As a technical expert on team of 6 peoples, we create some tool for migration data. My principal mission was: write technical specification, determine algorithm of programs, assign development to different developer in function on her capacity and development time define by functional expert, supervise beginner, validate a new development and develop most complex program or function module. As back up of project manager, I had the opportunity to have some more responsibility like participate of weekly global project meeting with project director and functional expert, project time management...

• CGI - Technical Expert / Manager

  Casablanca 2014 - maintenant Arkema (HR)
  As a manager/technical expert. In this new mission I worked alone with the client, and my role is to advise and assist functional experts to define requirements (ALV, report, cluster pay, Idoc configuration, customization of standard’s programmes, SAP notes, system integration, smart form...). And next develop all evolutions, new requests, and bug fixing in the HR system. I also have the responsibility to update system for DSN/N4DS (Support Pack). Since June 2016 a trainer develop for Arkema my role is limited to project management (technical and functional supervision, time management...), client relationship, trainer learning and emergency management.

  Casablanca 2013 - 2014 MARS (HR)
  As a technical/functional on a team of 15 peoples, on my activity was support level 1 and 2 (on SAP, Successfactors, LMS and Taleo). Development of evolutions or projects: report, ALV, webdynpro, programmes to update InfoType or Tables, role management, PA OM or IT creation... I work on the first rollout of the Single Landscape, this project (United-Kingdom) this project was aimed to a customization system to integrate new enterprise and align all different systems: associates levels, payroll, InfoType...

• CGI - Trainer

  Casablanca 2013 - 2013 * Code Generator - I participated to develop a code COBOL generator in C#.

• BNV - Badminton Coach

  2004 - 2013 I trained beginner and competitor at BNV (Badminton Nancy Villers).
