  * Implementing the Management Quality System (SMQ) in the lab as written on the international Standards NF EN ISO 15 189
  * Maintaining and evaluating the efficiency of the SMQ
  * Controlling the laboratory's SMQ effectiveness with indicators
  * Spotting the customer's need and compare it with our services
  * Managing customer's claims/point of view/advices and other anomalies in order to find corrective actions
  * Providing all the support required when meeting between laboratory and IPM's directory staff
  * Managing all the documentation needed at the laboratory
  * Conducting internal audit
  * Training new staff about SMQ
  * Supporting the laboratory's engagement in accordance with it vocation
  * Including recommendations and improvement provided by the auditors in the laboratory's annual work plan
  * Identifying and managing the risk inside each process
  * Planning the realization of the laboratory's strategy
  * Improving the efficiency of each process in the laboratory
  
  Accomplishments:
