En résumé

J'ai 45 ans, plusieurs années d'expérience dans la gestion de projets.
Je cherche activement, sur Barcelone, un poste de chef de projet, assistant chef de projet.
Je suis débutant dans la langue Espagnol, mais je prends des cours personnalisés (2h par semaine), je me déplace souvent à Barcelone ce qui me permet d'échanger directement. J'ai le niveau B2 en Anglais.

Je peux piloter n'importe quel type de projet MOE ou MOA. Je m'adapte à tous les sujets, tous les contextes et j'ai toujours le plaisir d'apprendre. En effet je suis curieux intellectuellement parlant et j'aime développer mes connaissances (IT, management, nouvelle méthodologie de gestion projet, nouveaux domaines métiers).

J'ai pratiquement 18 ans de culture de services :
. presque 6 ans en tant que chef de projet organisation
. 7 ans en tant que chef de projet IT
. 4 ans en tant qu'assistant chef de projet
. 1 an en tant qu'analyste, concepteur, développeur (architecture DNA Microsoft)

Je suis autonome, je n'hésite pas à faire preuve d'initiative. Mais j'adore aussi travailler en équipe, partager les bonnes pratiques, partager les succès et affronter ensemble les difficultés.

J'ai le sens des responsabilités et je n'hésite pas à solliciter les experts si j'ai le moindre doute ou si je n'ai pas les compétences. L'objectif est de mener à terme mon projet en respectant les échéances pour satisfaire le client.

J'ai un rôle de facilitateur (intégré dans mes gênes). Si je peux aider ou donner un contact je le fais sans hésiter.

Je cherche un projet sur lequel je peux apporter mes connaissances et mon enthousiasme mais aussi profiter de l'expertise des autres et partager les valeurs de l'entreprise. En résumé participer à un projet commun, une vision commune.

    For French entities, Spain, Belgium and Portugal, accountable for managing repositories, the accounting and recovery migration (datas & functionalities) on the unified system of the group. Giving assistance in change management.
