    * Main achievements : In the context of merge of telecom companies T-SYSTEMS SIRIS, CEGETEL FIXE : secure and merge the data warehouse (technical platforms, ETL and Business Object applications, about 1000 BO's univers and 2000 users) , Redesign of the voice traffic applications (increase about 90 millions to 160 millions of CDRs per days, 4 TB of data). Setting-up of the voice statistic for MVNO and BOXES telecom services, Setting-up of new functionalities and KPI : fast closing, rate transformation, churn, Sale and partner's remuneration, revenue insurance. ;

    * Main achievements : Development of IT / Telecom services: Housing & Hosting services, ASP Services (annual turn over EUR 1.0 million); In the context of companies acquisition, Setting up migration plan to move customer to historic telecom services to new target services (about 15 000 customer sites to move), as business analyst setting up a new billing system. ;

    ST DENIS 1999 - 2000 * Management of the internal and external resources (4 people, budget EUR 1.0 million EUR ), management of the relations with the business department, definition and follow-up the developments roadmap.
    * Main achievements : Project preparation for an e-procurement and logistic solution (SAP R/3), Migration to the Euro device, Setting up of the outsourcing contract on SAP R/3 server and application management, Setting up of a BI portal for the financial department ;
