    * Main achievements : In the context of merge of telecom companies T-SYSTEMS SIRIS, CEGETEL FIXE : secure and merge the data warehouse (technical platforms, ETL and Business Object applications, about 1000 BO's univers and 2000 users) , Redesign of the voice traffic applications (increase about 90 millions to 160 millions of CDRs per days, 4 TB of data). Setting-up of the voice statistic for MVNO and BOXES telecom services, Setting-up of new functionalities and KPI : fast closing, rate transformation, churn, Sale and partner's remuneration, revenue insurance. ;

    * Main achievements : Project preparation for an e-procurement and logistic solution (SAP R/3), Migration to the Euro device, Setting up of the outsourcing contract on SAP R/3 server and application management, Setting up of a BI portal for the financial department ;
