• Samsung Engineering - HSE PTW Coordinator

  Séoul 2012 - 2014 "HSE WP-Coordinator ", Company: Samsung Engineering/Sub-Contractor : KH Petro-Tec (KHPT: www.khpetro.com ).
  * Responsibilities:
  Support the Site Project Manager in all Site aspects related to projects (Onshore project/New Refinery/ New Power Plant) and services. Partner with Local and Regional, Project and Delivery to provide support in terms of metrics, analysis, reporting and compliance for HSE.
  * Ability to work under stress in work site, Prepare daily work permit.
  * Lead HSE meeting (daily, and with customer). Check and approve HSE subcontractors plan.
  * Follow-up and analysis of incidents for employees and subcontractors employees (root cause).
  * In charge of the monthly report of works and handover to theSite director and HSE Manager and The client.
  * Assist HSE meeting, Ensuring health and safety of employees and visitors at the site.

  2011 - 2012 - Monitors and supervises through the technical sections -Mechanical, structural, roud and tunnel-
  - Coordinates start-ups and shutdowns of the plant equipment. Leads operators in the field to ensure major equipment are commissioned safely and efficiently prior to operation. Supervisor shift operators to ensure that operating are correctly and consistently applied.
  - Coordinates the routine / planned maintenance activities, including issuing work permits for maintenance jobs, shutting-down / starting up additional equipment to ensure that plant's operations are not interrupted.
  - Assist TRA Task Risk Assessement (HAZID) meeting as AA (Area authority) in order to sign and describe the processes and systems that effectively identify hazards and manage risks associated with work activities and illustrates what good risk assessment looks like.
  - Identify problems, raise and approve Work orders through the plant maintenance management tool (MAXIMO) in case of equipment malfunctions and/or abnormalities.
  - Sign and release Permit To Work for preventive and curative maintenance activities; and safely release of equipment for maintenance and take-back into service through PTW system ensuring appropriate risk assessment is available for all activities.
  - Leads and directs shift teams during emergencies undertaking duties as Incident controller.
  - Make diagnostic checks to determine causes of recurrent problems and equipment malfunctions to correct faults where possible. If not, raise queries to technical support department.
  - Participate in company meetings and activities. Safeguard technical integrity of process-related works within the company.
  - Accurate and timely reporting of all incidents and PURs (production upset report) in synergi system.

• Sonatrach - Chemical Process Engineer

  2011 - 2011 - Managing of process technical specifications / documentation in a project like: process simulations (HYSIS, PRO/II, PIPEPHASE), PFD's, Heat & Mass Balance, P&ID's, Process Descriptions, Operation & Control Philosophies, Hydraulic Calculations, Process Equipment sizing, etc
  - Experienced with surface production facililites (crude oil, gas and water), natural gas facilities and handling of heavy / extra-heavy crude oil. Experienced in delayer coker units as well.
  Also experience in the oil & gas industry and power industry for multidisciplinaries engineering projects and pre-comissioning.
