I am a product designer specialized in food system innovation.
I support and question our society’s developments and our food habits. I design for people... With a true human curiosity and a strategic methodology, I developed new food products and deliver a real consumer experience. I believe that optimistic and enthusiastic design can make life better. We need to reload the modern pleasure of consumption with the eye on sustainable and healthy solutions.
My motivation is to build design system that reconciling the demands of responsible mass-production and public health challenges... with a constant focus on pleasure.
