I am highly motivated and fully passionate about my work. I know how to cope with difficult situations and I manage stress well. I have a sense of responsibility, organization, very rigorous and I am open to others. Besides, I think my major asset is to be creative and curious which allows me to quickly adapt to new technologies and find elegant solutions to complex problems.

My goals for short and medium term are to gain experience in my field of work and in my professional relationships. In the long term, I intend to create my own software development company.

    Nice 2013 - 2015 My mission was to design, develop and maintain web applications that act as administrative portal for mobile apps. Two main projects :

    Usek Administrative Portal :
    Administrative portal for USEK mobile application, a Lebanese Christian university. This portal contains among others: a profile management section, a media section which allows uploading images and videos, and a statistic section. Used technologies are: Primefaces, JSF, Spring Security, Apache Tomcat, JQuery/JavaScript, Highcharts, CSS, and MySQL.

    Rotana Middleware Layer :
    Middleware layer for Rotana mobile application, a hotel chain established in Abu Dhabi. This project builds on the use of web services to communicate with third party systems (specifically with PMS: Property Management System). It also ensures the availability of data to mobile clients using the JSON format. Used Technologies are: Apache Axis, Flex-JSON, XStream, APNS (Apple Push Notification Service), GCM (Google Cloud Messaging).

  • SAB2i - Java/Cobol Development Engineer

    Fontenay-sous-Bois 2011 - 2012 First experience in SAB Tunisia as a COBOL developer using IBM’s AS400 system. The main achieved missions of this first experience are :

    - Modification of pre-existing COBOL programs and creation of new COBOL and JAVA services communicating via XML.
    - Creation of new DB2 databases.
    - Migrating pre-existing programs from COBOL to JAVA.
    - Fixing previous COBOL program bugs detected by functional engineers.
    - Coaching and assisting new inexperienced recruits in COBOL and JAVA programming, SAB standards and iSeries AS400 commands.

    In addition, several trainings have been pursued inside the company to get more in touch with these technologies and with the financial/stock market topic.
