En résumé

Diplomé de la grande ecole Sup De Co, Apres avoir obtenu un master en commerce international et une double diplomation en marketing des services, je me suis engagé dans la voie de la polyvalence qui est la base de ces diplômes. mes stages m'ont permis de développer cette polyvalence tout en cernant les différentes facettes de différents métiers.

durant 4 années j'ai fais partit de la "Junior Entreprise ESCM" en ma qualité de president de cette entité, j'y ai réalisé un parcours plutôt mouvementé en reformes et en réalisations, à savoir que jai reussis à developer mes capacités de prises de décisions, ma réactivité face aux crises et face aux besoins grandissants des clients et le respect non negligable des délais.
c'est ainsi que j'ai reussis à mettre en place des standards élevées, j'essaye de les maintenir dans ma façon de travailler.
Je suis sociable et positive et j'essaye de pousser encore plus loin ma capacité à être polyvalent.

    2015 - maintenant • Ensure the application of terms and conditions. In implementing the provisions of total or partial cancellations.
    Collect payments in the amounts and the dates specified in the contract.
    • Organizes customer visits and pre-event meetings with the client and the various internal parties concerned. Greet customers in person on the day of arrival and ensure for the key moments of the event, good follow instructions and customer satisfaction.

    2014 - 2015 The work of a receptionist is multifunctional: "welcome and administration." I have to welcome guests of the hotel upon their arrival. I give them informations about the conditions of stay, the formalities, the vprices and the different services of the hotel. I also show the rooms and attributes them (Attribution, Orientation and Rooming). I answers their requests of information about tourism, transportations, weather and guidance.
    As a receptionist, I also manage the schedule of the reservations and the occupations of rooms in coordination with reservation services and House keeping services.
    I also take care of the invoicing and billing ,of the stays and cashes payments. I keep updating the files-customers and assures various works of secretarial department.

    It is important in the field of the hotel business, to master several languages, but also the IT tool and the various processes which are associated to it.
    The task of the front office staff is to serve as an interface between customers and the different services and departments of the hotel.
    The delicate post given that it is the first and the last impression which is given to our guests.
