Support aux équipes chinoises pour la supervision des études + travaux tout corps d'état, interlocuteur principal des métiers du process. Usine au benchmark PSA en termes de compacité, consommations d'énergies, coût au m2.
Mise en place de plan de contrôle qualité pour des nouveaux procédés de construction en Chine.

• Support during workshop rehabilitation project for a new engine production (35000 m2 - 23 M€)
• Realize value engineering to optimize budget: program modification proposal, 3 M€ saving target reached
• Realize value engineering to establish general schedule, with specific schedules to avoid any interaction between demolition, structure reinforcement, painting and slab tasks
• Rite works coordination during 6 months: management of 4 suppliers for civil works, steel structure, fitting (EIFFAGE CONSTRUCTION, EUROVIA, RIEU, EUROTECH)
• Support for organization and follow-up of machines installation and connections step: 1000 connection points (electricity, compressed air, chilled water, ventilation) to execute in a schedule synchronized with process.
