Over the project management competencies, I am specialized in Change Management. I help our clients to not only define and conduct their communication and training plans but also to conduct additional Change Management activities such as impact analysis to maximize the success of their projects.
I worked not only for private international companies but also for the Public Sector and for smaller private structure.
I also had to address subjects such as organization transformation, risks identification and controlling, authorization management and segregation of duties.
Over the last few years I worked for structures such as: Orolia, Gris Découpage, Cours des comptes, Tereos, KDI, EDF, ERDF, Sonatrach, Ophtalmic, etc.

2005 - 2007Consultant within the Change SI department I had the opportunity to work on a variety of missions mainly around the Change Management of information system transformation project.
Over the two years I spent working for CSC I worked on training projects for clients such as PSA, MINEFI, Carglass, etc.
2002 - 2004Consultant within the European Entity I assisted the local team on missions consisting mainly in defining the distribution strategy of key players on the new technologies market.
