    Design of the training path, identification and analysis of the target audiences.
    Creation of training materials (trainers’ guide, role play, user guides, live demonstrations in the tool, videos) as well as other learning materials (exercises, memos, quiz).
    Organization and delivery of the training seminars for the different audiences: C-level, project members, Key-users, End-users, project owners.
