    Provide IT infrastructure support and problem solving expertise for over 1000 users in Europe and at International (nearshore and offshore: North Africa, India) in collaboration with Corporate IT services (Service Delivery and competence centers: Service Desk/Windows, Unix Systems, Storage, Network, Security…)
    • Capacity Resource Management for the entity (700+ Terabytes of network storage, compute resources)
    • Define and optimize IT investments requests for the entity (quarterly and yearly reviews)
    • Project leader to move 1400+ users to a cloud infrastructure using Kanban methodology to streamline the process (2013)

    Manage Web platforms of 40 web servers (physical & virtual infrastructures) and dedicated compute-farm backends, hosting 70 business applications and standardized environments for development, QA and production stages (35 developers)
    • Legacy web platform simplified, revitalized, and upgraded thanks to Agile practices and short development cycles
    • Setup PLM & Data Management platform based on Dassault Systèmes products (Enovia, Exalead, DesignSync...) (2012)
