2014 - maintenantMK Services is a subsidiary of Mecachrome. My main mission is to ensure the DLF in the different plants of the company. The range of products are essentially the fasteners and some specific components based on drawings.
2012 - 2012Strategic mission consisting in updating the estimate for an important project.
The major actions focus on:
- Defining and analysing the steps of the project,
- Seeking for data source and information,
- Re-engage the supplier communication,
- Preparing and launching RFQs sessions,
- Negociating and establishing the rules for the supply chain in order to meet the projet requirements.
