- Coordinate all work assignment matters by acting as the primary contact to ensure work assignment activities are coordinated consistently, do not result in duplication or rework, and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Work with loss prevention consultants and others to ensure that all inspection commitments are met. This includes: Prospect, Baseline, Interim, Focused, Loss Investigations, Electrical, Mutual Boiler Re, Repairs Inspection, Jurisdictional and Chemical Occupancies that each have separate requirements.
- Ensure continuously efficient running work assignment department for the office by completing all responsibilities in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Complete additional duties, as assigned, which support the work assignment function.
- To provide timely, accurate and efficient work assignment services to accomplish the effective assignment of jobs that match skills to job/efficient travel, to reduce loss costs and expense costs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Complete workload estimation for SEO (Southern Europe Operations) and estimate the need of loss prevention consultants per area.
