The BtL Campaign Manager is responsible for the activation of below the line (BtL) downstream marketing communications campaigns. The BtL Campaign Manager manages the operational development process from brief by the customer to local delivery, overseeing adaptation, localization, production and distribution in line with global campaign objectives and global specifications. The BtL Campaign Manage can work X-sector and serves as a sparring partner for the customer in the creative process, making sure that the creative output is realizable at production stage, taking in concern the Marketing strategy, ensuring quality in services, products and processes, timely delivery, budget, efficiencies and saving opportunities. Through the entire process the BtL Campaign Managers will be supported by an external service provider.
Key area of responsibilities :
• Builds and maintains strong partnership relationships with sectors to ensure that the sector gets what is needed when it comes to Marketing Communications Execution of Campaigns;
• Activates and plans BTL local X- sector marketing communications campaigns, including all major consumer touch points;
• Supports, as an expert, the sector marketing teams in order to come out with the best campaigns they need regarding their budget, marketing strategy and market situation;
• Receives briefs and plannings from X-sector customers in the country, checks briefs and specifications and provides de-briefs to the customer together with an external service provider;
• Receives briefs and plannings from the Upstream team to roll out global marketing communications campaigns;
• Manages the entire operational part of the Marketing process from brief by the customer or HQ to local delivery, overseeing adaptation, localization, production and distribution with consulting position during the creative process and decision rights over specifications and execution of the final deliverable;
• Ensures the proper setup and briefing: takes care of a crisp, clear and well formulated briefing of campaigns in The Marcom Shop and checks creative material for campaigns based on technical specifications. Is together with the ESP the gatekeeper for the quality of the briefings;
• Acts as sparring partner for the local Marketing Managers of the sector’s to ensure that potential operational issues are raised and taken into account already at creation;
• Troubleshoots operational issues with both internal and external parties, drives reduction of re-work and is able to work collaboratively between sectors and an external service provider to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner;
• Develops expertise in the area of a focus touchpoint, monitors industry development and innovations in this area of expertise;
• Works proactively to effectively manage and create smooth work-flow for the sector;
• Analyzes results and benchmark competitors;
• Is responsible of controlling the execution of the production via the external service provider ;
• Shares performance objectives with local customer (TMM/CMM) to be defined locally, in the spirit of ‘One Family’.

• Shows a clear understanding on a X-sector level of the added value of timely delivery, budget, efficiencies, saving opportunities and ensuring quality in services, products and processes;
• Creates and captures cost efficiencies to reduce “non-working” spend;
• Creates production year plans, manages related budgets aligned with MIP and AOP process;
• Responsible within scope to safeguard and communicate an ongoing operational analysis to implement more efficient processes and improved timelines;
• Works closely with internal organization for day-to-day management, optimization of client campaigns and sharing best practices.
Communication and Reporting :
• Initiates and shares best practices with global Downstream Production network in M&S Ops;
• Manages relationships with key stakeholders in businesses, markets, and an external service provider;
