As a performance analyst within Private Banking, my role is split in two types of responsibilities:
Operational responsibilities:
- Monthly reporting data gathering (from the local entities) and uploading in the PB reporting tool.
- Participation to the budget/forecast exercise
Project responsibilities:
- Responsible for the setting-up of a new data warehouse and related processes.
- SPOC for the Private Banking release of a Management Information System:
assist in the business requirements and functional design, definition of KPI’s, design of the reports. Extensive participation to the user acceptance tests and to the deployment of the system in production
- SPOC for diverse strategic projects

At The Post, I was an HR Performance Analyst within the Project Management Office for HR Projects. My responsibilities included:
- Setting up a HR&O Management reporting: Selection and definition of KPI’s, design of the reporting process (data collection and reporting);
- Follow-up of strategic HR projects: Monthly project status meeting with the projects leaders and redaction of a monthly dashboard for the HR top Management.
- Development of a payment/financial database: definition of the business requirements, testing of the output, development of standard reports in Business Objects.
- Assistant of the HR Director: Analyze, prepare and follow-up HR files for the Board of directors and the Management committee.

My responsibilities at Fabricom included:
- Consolidation of financial Reporting: collection and consolidation of the subsidiaries monthly figures, assisting subsidiaries with their local reporting
- Budget exercise: preparation of budget for each subsidiary and consolidation
- Cost & Revenues analysis, reconciliation and issues analysis
