    my role was within VZ to introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives but I was also in charge of ensuring compliance with state and local laws and industry regulations. I Implemented HR best practice and strategy within VZ and leaded a team of HR staff.

    - advising department managers on legal implications of HR issues related to discipline and employee grievances. I have also to anticipate legislation; enforce adherence to requirements.

    undertaking regular salary reviews; negotiating with staff and their representatives (for example, trade union officials) on issues relating to pay and conditions;

    - managing the all effective labor relationships, including negotiating and administering labor agreements but also managing all redundancy legal processes. dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
    - Another part of my role was to supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
    - planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff; Conduct training needs analysis in conjunction with departmental managers and designs and implement a training plan with input from business heads. Manage costs to budget.

    I’m in charge of deploying the 5 years’ HR Galileo Strategic Plan throughout the Group with the ambition of reinforcing EA attractiveness, engage or re-engage employees, work on Management development, recognition and communication. I have already deployed the company charter “EA Fair Contract”, a Managerial Communication Framework “Care & Share Sessions”, EA Annual Review document and associated best practices, “EA MCM – Managerial Competencies Model”, Talent Management & Succession Plan Process, the Balanced Scorecard for the Comex members and all GMs etc…
    All of these projects have been implemented via a network of 30 Countries’ HR Directors: Monthly conference calls, annual meetings, best practices sharing sessions and various other education or support activities
