Possessing a good understanding of the essentials of safety and quality engineering, and statistical analysis.
Design, development, improvement and implementation of processes to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and improve quality, through the application of Lean and other Industrial Engineering concepts for large scale systems integration and asset utilization.
Solid knowledge of Performance Improvement methodologies including PDCA, Lean, and Six Sigma.
Ability to lead teams in developing new quality methodologies and quality improvements to achieve positive outcomes.
