- shared and on-the-job logistics tracking software trainings for over 200 people in the group's African branches (high and middle management and employees);
- direct support for implementing the tracking system and monitoring the project's deployment throughout permanent troubleshooting, documentation updates, procedure testing, reporting and follow up
Results : successfully accomplished 10 work missions in 7 countries (Ivory Coast, Senegal, Kenya, Burundi, Cameroon, Chad, France)
