    - Implement plans for the negotiation and renewal of materials for the plastic parts, in a matrix organisation and in a QCD perspective : 18 tools developed (from 30 to 1200K€/project) – 200 references – 13 suppliers

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2006 - 2008 Commodity buyer for plastic components – 4 M€
    - Built and managed supplier relationships for the plastic components

    Project buyer – 5 M€
    - Drove the purchasing process for investments (equipments , new building), in relation with technical experts and the engineering project manager (12 projects over 100k€)
    - Supported the capacity increase of the testing facilities (both building and machines – 2,5 M€), by leading the full sourcing process which included development of scope, supplier selection, risk assessment, contract negotiation and execution

    Plant buyer for R&D and testing facilities – 3 M€
    - Developed and implemented a supply strategy for R&D and testing facilities
    - Managed outsourcing and contracting for MRO
