    - Built and managed supplier relationships for the plastic components

    - Drove the purchasing process for investments (equipments , new building), in relation with technical experts and the engineering project manager (12 projects over 100k€)
    - Supported the capacity increase of the testing facilities (both building and machines – 2,5 M€), by leading the full sourcing process which included development of scope, supplier selection, risk assessment, contract negotiation and execution

    - Developed and implemented a supply strategy for R&D and testing facilities
    - Managed outsourcing and contracting for MRO
