    I own the new Orange global cloud based Unified Communications and Collaboration services called "Business Together as a Service".

    "Business Together as a Service" offers an unprecedented end users Unified Communications and Collaboration experience enabled from the Orange Cloud such as telephony, unified messaging, presence and instant messaging, audio, web and video conferencing, mobility and contact center features. The service is delivered through a “pay as you use” opex mode.

    My remit is global.

    • Product Development & Management
    I drive the products lines go-to-market strategy and roadmap, leading associated business planning while managing the product lines.

    • Sales and Client engagement
    I animate the product line through regional business development representatives, manage and support regional marketing events. To achieve targets, I created and manage a global team of senior pre sales representatives on key countries acting to support local sale activity around Business Together Avaya.On the Alcatel-Lucent side, I'm responsible on the Colombus II program on the international side.

    • Vendor Management
    Core member of the bilateral committee within the Orange Avaya/ALU global governance. I take part of the Avaya and Alcatl-Lucent contracts negotiation and renewal. Outside of this yearly negotiation, I lead the Orange Avaya acreditation (JSD, Service Expert & Avaya Connect program) and its implementation program.
    On top if this, I manage the quarterly roadmap committee with Avaya/ALU Product Management.

    • Communications
    I develop the core positioning and messaging for my product lines. For this, I work with industry analysts and public relations staff to promote the company, products and services.

    • Competitiveness Improvement initiative
    As a transversal activity, I lead a Competitiveness Improvement initiative to assess and improve Orange Unified Communications selling price.
