Commissioning team composed by:
- Integrated commissioning team by 56 engineers and supervisors with 50% of Company employees and 50% EPSCC contractor employees.
- E&I commissioning specialist sub contractor: 380 persons
- HVAC commissioning specialist sub contractor: 180 persons
- Mechanical commissioning specialist sub contractor: 160 persons

Main activities:
- Management of commissioning preparation performed by EPSCC
- Responsible for Commissioning budget
- Responsible for Commissioning planning.
- Preparation, Commercial and technical negotiation, clarifications.
- In charge for the Commissioning team recruitment.
- Management of commissioning execution phase.
- Management of assistance during the start up by commissioning team
- Responsible for hand over of the installation to Operation department

CLOV area is located in Block 17 offshore Angola. The area lies in 1200 to 1400 meters depth. The field area is approximately 10km x 10km and the distance from the field to the shore is approximately 230km.
CLOV development is a subsea production system tied-back to an FPSO containing the process, storage and offloading facilities
- Responsible for the preparation and execution supervision of commissioning:
OTP, Procedures, data base, sub system limits, planning and reporting.
- Supervise and validate the EPSCC Contractor activities linked to the Commissioning of the FPSO during the Preparation and Execution Phases
Onshore & Offshore,
- Promote safety within the commissioning activities and verify that safety procedures and permit to work systems are implemented by the EPCC
Contractor Commissioning Team.
- Main activities:
- To manage and direct the activities of the Company multi-disciplined
Commissioning supervision and support team in the yards and FAT sites and ensure all relevant commissioning scopes of work between the FPSO EPSCC
Contractor and the main equipment suppliers is being co-ordinated and executed in a sequenced and timely manner.
- To manage Company interface and acceptance of Contractors pre commissioning and commissioning preparation, and execution activities both
Onshore and Offshore ensuring that Company requirements and the OPERCOM and ICAPS methodology are fulfilled in-compliance with the Contractual
Obligations of the Contracts.
- To verify that all necessary means: Logistics, Manpower, FAT's, Vendor
Assistance, Materials, Test Fluids & Gases, Spare Parts, Temporary Supplies, First Fills, Consumables, Tools and Test Equipment have been co-ordinated, planned and mobilised by the EPSCC Contractor to carry out the commissioning activities.
- To establish technical coordination between all concerned parties; CLOV Project
Groups and Contractor(s) etc, and initiate corrective action (as may be required) to promote Commissioning Targets and Objectives.
- To prepare the necessary Project management reports on all aspects pertaining to Pre commissioning and Commissioning Progress and Status by monitoring and verifying planned activities against the actual progress of activities.
- To prepare RFSU / RFHO dossier for Hand Over to Field Operation Team.
