En résumé

With more than 15 years of professional experience, I have strong expertise in project management. My fields of competence range from software development (with a strong component of human machine interface) to aeronautic engineering (cockpit definition, avionics, maintenance) to customer services.

I am currently responsible of the Innovation and Virtual Reality Department at Diginext.

Resolute, pragmatic and straightforward, I am always up for new missions with challenging objectives!

    - Technical perimeter includes Maintenance (aircraft in development as well as aircraft in service – part M/145), Aircraft Modification – part 21 G/J, Flight Operations (operational manual authoring, consulting for airline…) and miscellaneous other activities for Customer Services
    - Contractual perimeter includes all projects for Air Transport customers (airline, MRO, lessors, aircraft owner, OEM…) as well as Customer Services (more than 200 projects)
    - Main responsibilities are customer satisfaction as well as project profitability in line with corporate objectives
    - Management of a team of 10 project leaders

    Blagnac 2009 - 2012 Head of department in maintenance domain (maintenance function definition, system development, aircraft operability) with a turnover of 4M€ per year:

    Blagnac 2006 - 2009 Project manager of cockpit operational design activities for Airbus France. These activities involved 30 aeronautical engineers, 5 work-packages leaders and 3 technical coordinators. Main responsibilities were:

    - Contractual perimeter follow-up, internal follow-up and reporting
    - Planning and resource management

    Blagnac 2004 - 2006 Cockpit functional and HMi (Human Machine Interface) definition:
    - Auto take-off HMI definition and A380 BTV (Brake To Vacate) HMI definition and evaluation of ground manoeuvring alerts
    - Technical coordination of TUD (Technical University of Darmstadt), DLR (German Aeronautical and Space Center), Transiciel and CS for the development of a mock-up in order to evaluate CPDLC-Datalink HMI, ground manoeuvring alert HMI and ground traffic display
    - Development of ground traffic display HMI
    - Five patents on airport navigation function
    - Specification, development and implementation of an airport navigation research system
    - Integration of the system in Airbus simulators and in test aircraft
    - Definition and implementation of a runway proximity information algorithm and of a hybridising algorithm

    Five-day training of Clairis staff on Pivotal, collaborative virtual prototyping software
    Specification of a collaborative multimodal HMI virtual prototyping tool, as part of a European project (3D, speech recognition). Development of this product as part of a team of 6 engineers
