Manage the IT support team which is composed of 4 people: 2 developers, 1 business analyst and 1 production support officer.

- Middle Back Office: verification and settlement of deals, collateral management, margin call, P&L calculation, billing method, accounting process, corporate action

Main Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Evolution
- Involved in the analyse and definition of solutions adapted to the needs of the 150 users
- Plan the creation of the technico-functional specifications to the developers of LMA or to the editor
- Follow the progress of the realizations of maintenance requests (editor and developers)
- Confirm the deliverables of the development teams (tests, presence of necessary documentation)
Internal strategic projects and deployment in production
- Expertise on stock lending market
- Agree and accept production stakes (ratification, management of the support capacity, mastery of the impact on existing production)
Contacts:
- Weekly meeting with Front/ Middle Back Office managers to plan priorities
- Manage conference call with 4Sight support team to update and prioritise new requests
