I started my professionnal activities more than 30 years ago, after a 6 years training that allowed me to pass a national diplomas in Paris area (France). My first experience took place at Silversmiths Ecruis which is one of the leading silversmiths in France since 1867, then encouraged by this positive experience, I moved to the wellknown company Christofle for achieving new challenges and discovering new engraving methods for improving my skills. Unfortunately, for economic reasons, Christofle moved out of the area where it was located, it forces me to look for another company which required skillful engraver who knows ‘’softcut engraving’’. Then I worked for more 1 year for Lucas Lucor which is specialized in designing and manufacturing jewelry.
Finally, in 1996, I have been called and recruited by Guy Degrenne for managing their engraving department at their factory in Thailand. As Engraving Manager, my responsibilities are to manage a team for Designing and manufacturing stamping die, organize preventive and corrective maintenance for ensuring 24/7 production pace, develop new designs and produce prototypes, manufacture selected design for presenting to customers.
