In August 2012, I joined SAP Active Global Support, which is a Global Support organization with more than 5900 employees, located in 54 countries and backed up with over 15000 developers.
Technical Quality Manager is dedicated to Premium Support Engagements, such as Max Attention or Active Embedded.
TQM is responsible for Engagement scoping, Engineering Services delivery and Engineering Reporting.

Before that, I have been working at SAP France from 2002 to July 2012 as Project Manager. Main appointments were on implementation project, upgrade project and some technical packaged deliveries.

My first experience with SAP solution was in 1994 as ABAP developer, and then analyst and development team lead.
