    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2012 - maintenant Led a cross-functional engineering team in charge of all interface issues with other contractors (Cameron & COOEC) on an Oil & Gas project (engineering, procurement, construction & installation (EPCI) of shallow water pipelines and subsea structures from FPSO to production trees):
    - Coordinated external activities from integration of supplied equipment (valves, connectors, etc) to pre-commissioning of control system by negotiating with other contractors about design & installation specifications and meeting critical deadlines
    - Ensured internal communication by setting up face to face meetings involving relevant technical teams (design, installation, construction, schedule, etc)
    - Generated Hand Over Process to detail responsibility for Company Provided Items during transportation and delivery. Equipment was inspected to avoid any hidden damages.
    - Scheduled all expected delivery dates for equipment based on technical teams needs
    - Reported weekly to Project Manager and Client (Husky Oil China)
    - Supported Contract department to resolve contractual issues

  • Saipem - Interface engineer

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2009 - 2011 Responsible for coordinating activities with internal technical teams (design, installation, construction, operations, schedule, risk, contract, quality), client (Exxon Mobil) and other contractors (Subsea7, Amec Paragon, Oceaneering) on an EPCI deep water project
    - Raised interface agreements, provided requested deliverables and closed 100% interface subjects on schedule
    - Negotiated to get documents and equipment from other contractors on time and as requested
    - Wrote Hand Over Procedure for Company Provided Items (CPI) to ensure delivery as per contract
    - Tracked all updates about CPI delivery dates and communicated with internal teams to evaluate impacts
    - Chaired meetings with internal teams, others contractors & clients and followed-up actions

  • Sofresid engineering - Project engineer

    2008 - 2009 Managed Saipem Triune subcontractor on Scorpene India Project (attack submarines) to meet critical deadline

    - Supervised a 20 people team to issue submarines detailed drawings on short notice

    2006 - 2008 Responsible for designing subsea structures and piping by considering all life phases of equipment from construction to service
    - Designed subsea structures and piping on Projects GEP Block 17 and ITA AKPO (Total)
    - Ran static and dynamic analyses based on standard codes (ANSI, ASME)

    - Partially designed the 1st French submarine tidal stream turbine, prototype immersed in 2008 for 1 year to validate the model and characterize its behavior and impact on environment
