En résumé

Après près de six ans d'estimation de contrat de sous-traitance, j’ai choisi de m’orienter vers la phase projet. J’ai d’abord continué au sein du département de sous-traitance consacré aux projets puis j'ai décidé de changer pour le département Pre-Commissioning qui me permettais d'être impliqué dans les phases d'ingénierie et d’opération.
Souvent reconnue pour mon engagement, ma vision système d’un projet et ma capacité à créer un bon esprit d'équipe, je fais toujours de mon mieux pour réaliser ou dépasser les objectifs du projet qu’ils soient budgétaires, temporels ou de type QHSE.

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2014 - maintenant Acting as a Lead Engineer on several projects such as:
    - WEST-HUB deep water project in Angola for ENI (Aborted by ENI) - Budget >5M$;
    - Very fast track Shallow Water project OFON2 in Nigeria for TOTAL - Budget >1M$ - COST SAVING : 14 %;
    - Shallow Water project NENE – LITCHENDJILI in Congo for ENI - Budget >2M$.
    Coordination and supervision of lead engineers and engineers team.

  • Saipem - Pre-commissioning Lead Engineer

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2014 - 2014 Acting as a Project Manager for Pre-commissioning activities on USARI-IDOHO Shallow Water project in Nigeria for Mobil:
    - Follow-up of engineering and subcontracting budgets and plannings;
    - Responsible of the interphases with Company inclusive of the management of changes;
    - Responsible of engineering;
    - Subcontract management;
    - Onshore and Offshore operations preparation and follow-up.

  • Saipem - Pre-commissioning Engineer

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2013 - 2014 Engineering of Dewatering, drying and inerting of the gas system of CRX project for Chevron, interphases with Company, preparation of technical request for quotation.

    Follow-up of Flooding, cleaning, gauging, hydrotest and leak detection offshore operations.

  • Saipem - Project Subcontract Engineer

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2012 - 2013 During execution phase, responsible of sub-contracted packages (engineering, services and personnel hiring) for offshore and floating units projects such as Abadi Masela FLNG feed for INPEX, Scarborough FLNG FEED for Exxon, Girri FPSO project for TOTAL and CRX Shallow Water project for Chevron):
    - Preparation, sending worldwide and follow-up of the request for quotations in relation with the Main Contract.;
    - With the help of the technical specialists, evaluation and clarifications of the proposals, finalization of the budget.;
    - Negotiation with the sub-contractors of the contractual and financial aspects;
    - Issuance of the recommendation file;
    - Contract issuance and follow-up of the signature process (amounts from 1M$ to > 4M$).

  • Saipem - Lead Subconctract / Estimating Engineer

    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2010 - 2012 During bid phase, responsible of the estimation of all sub-contracted fabrication, services and vessels packages for offshore shallow water and deep water projects including LIWAN Deep Water project for HUSKY in China, MAFUMEIRA SUL PIPELINES Shallow Water project for EXXON in Angola, PRE-SALT- SAPINHOA Deep Water project for PETROBRAS in Brazil, EGINA deep water project for TOTAL in Angola:
    - Coordination of the different offices and disciplines;
    - Preparation, sending worldwide and follow-up of the request for quotations in relation with the Main Contract.;
    - With the help of the technical specialists, evaluation and clarifications of the proposals, finalization of the budget.;
    - Issuance of the recommendation file in due time;
    - Risks / opportunity study including review of the fabrication and installation planning;
    - Review and qualification of the Main Contract (contractual condition and approved vendor list);
    - Negotiation with the sub-contractors of the contractual and financial aspects in case of pre-award agreement;
    - Commercial databases.

    Paris 2005 - 2005 Etude de glissement en virage du pneu avant de l'Airbus A380.
    Analyse structurelle et mécanique du pneu, création du modèle de calcul, étude paramétrique sous Abaqus.
