    • Support the European achievements of the sales goals for the Merck Millipore Bioprocess Solutions range of products and services, and ensure a strict follow-up and monitoring the tactical plan aligned with the divisional marketing plan under the 3 pillars concept (Top Line, Seeding, Pipeline).
    • Support sales in pursuing new business opportunities, focusing on strategic accounts, large business opportunities and complex solutions through join meeting & visit with Account and Key Account Managers as well as Sales Specialist.
    • Participate to the Geographical Sales Support activities by developing mailers, giving lectures at exhibition, trade shows and at professional users groups (i.e. ISPE, IBC, PDA…)
    • Coordinate & monitor the service effectiveness provided to the customers and to the field organization.
    • Monitor and report on competitive activity and prepare plans for sales organization to counter-attack
    • Ensure successful introduction of new products/programs by organizing beta testing, fine tuning the product concept, defining product positioning and the selling strategy
    • Ensure the follow-up of specific QCC activities by facilitating the interaction between customers and product management
    • Use technical expertise to ensure optimal use of Bioprocess Solutions technologies in its regulatory environment by identifying customers needs and potentials
    • Ensure the effective communication between customers, sales force and marketing for all sales activities concerning products, application and services (utilizing all Merck Millipore communication tools). Specific attention will be paid to provide feedback to divisional Marketing on new opportunities in EU
    • Lead and participate to the technical training program of the sales force in order to reach and maintain the required level of knowledge of products, application and services
