  2013 - 2016 Designed, developed, enhanced and maintained multiple web applications for our
  recruitment and online assessment teams.
  * Designed and built a scalable online platform(codelitmus.com) for conducting coding
  challenges. Platform right now supports 1000 concurrent test takers. Developed the
  website backend with ROR, queuing with Redis, and coderunners with Go.
  * Enhanced the design of file uploading on all our sites, a single step process from a
  previous three step process.
  * Refined and maintained elitmus.com, resulting in improved efficiency in report
  generation and performance improvement for the whole site.
  * Built eLitmus blog using Jekyll and also writing articles for the blog.
  * Updated, enhanced and maintained PAC, an online assessment platform. Built a
  proctoring module using Nodejs, socket.io and WebRtc, which takes snapshots of the
  candidates periodically.
