En résumé

My 20 years in automotive industry allowed me to grow in a world-class highly competitive business and to understand deeply the interests of the different actors of the automotive industry business (suppliers and car manufacturers).

Expert in Lean manufacturing and oriented on innovative & performant solutions, I started my career by leading development & industrialization of optimized production processes in France and internationally for plastic parts in the automotive.

After that, I led supplier development activities on Renault European supplier panel analyzing process from inbound to outbound and, secured the best economic performance. With this knowledge and experience beside suppliers, I decided to join Renault purchasing team to further challenge the supplier's performance.

I managed purchasing activities on international programs from sourcing strategy definition to start of production, and joined our subsidiary company in Iran to lead purchasing activities (Body electrical & interior division / 200 M€ annual purchase) and to secure performance and deliveries in the sensitive international context.

Today, I’m Cost Reduction Leader for Renault Group and work cross-departmentally to find new ways of working in our fast-changing environment, implementing Agile work method to maximize performance impact in purchasing for automotive industry. I also built the 2019-2020 cost reduction roadmap and ensure we reach the target.
