My initial background is Project Manager and I worked on a wide range of retail businesses, from Superstores to store chains (fashion, grocery, arts&crafts, sport goods, garden centers).
My historical customers come from MONOPRIX, LECLERC to JARDILAND and GOSPORT.
I now work as a Project Director on project focussed on decision making systems (Budget Management, Assortment Planning, Store Replenishment) for the Retail area.
I particurlarly work for the fashion sector at this point in time.

    PARIS 2 2009 - 2011 Gère des projets de refonte / réorganisation des processus décisionnels des entreprises de la distribution. Spécialisé dans les processus budgétaires avant-in season, les processus de construction de l'offre & pilotage de l'assortiment, de réappro (amont/aval).

    Clients de la grande distribution, commerce spécialisé, mono/multo canal.

    Mes actions s'appuient sur une équipe de 6 consultants en France et un service Delivery de plus de 50 personnes en Italie.

  • VCS Timeless - Chef Produit

    2006 - 2009 In charge of the design of the new software line (name Colombus .Next).

    Colombus .Next is the new ERP software for the retail sector that VCS designs.

    My tasks are to forward the market needs, write requirement documents and drive the Program Managers in order to design the functions expected by the customers.

    Along with this activity, I have a representative activity that drives me to show the new software releases to the customers, to conduct sessions on our biannual show, to represent the company to business exhibitions.

    I am currently in charge of 5 PM with a team of an overall 40 developpers.

  • Spiral Group - Directeur Produit

    2000 - 2006 During this 6 year period, i worked as a project director on the main customers of the retail area in france, customers such as Monoprix, GoSport and Jardiland.
    I managed mid-sized teams (from 4 to 10 consultants) and different type of project organisation (from time managed projects to fixed-price projects).
    I worked in different areas of retail from gardening stores to general food stores and also handcrafts, general stores and fashion sector.

    1994 - 2000 Mise en place de la Gestion Unitaire & optimisation de la Supply Chain dans plusieurs secteurs de la distribution (Grande distribution alimentaire & Commerce spécialisé).
