This includes all actions needed to reach product maturity, and also all development aspects from testability & manufacturability to robust test solution and fast profitable ramp-up.
Product Profitability
This includes yield improvement, test time optimization, and implementation of any cost reduction related program (design, technologies, processes …). This also covers product performance optimization through exhaustive silicon characterization and effective sorting implementation.
Quality & customer satisfaction
This includes Products Quality & Reliability performance at customer. It means building robust test solution & industrial flow and robust qualification and process/product control.
