I currently work for Holcim Morocco, as assistant to the CEO. My time is spent on day-to-day activities for the CEO (presentations, action plan follow-up, animation of Exco meetings...) and projects (strategy, cost reduction and operational improvement).

I have also spent 3 years as Operations and Strategy Consultant by Accenture in Paris. I worked on Organization, Lean, S&P and Strategy projects for different kind of clients (Industry, government and banks).

I speak French, English, German and Arabic.

    o Does several analysis for the CEO regarding business intelligence analysis (market evolution, capacity evolution, cost reduction, plants’ cash costs comparison…)

    o Was member of the negotiation team trying to solve a law and financial issue with a joint-venture partner in Guinea (Conakry)
    o Leaded the strategy review of Holcim Morocco and of our waste management company
    o Leads the Holcim road safety program in Morocco and Ivory Coast (1.2 M€ budget)
