Également, j´ai travaillé dans une entreprise française de communication (Drinks Media Wire) et dans un Hotel situé en Rome (Italie).

    * Developed and implemented an action plan with marketing and sales team and the launch of 3 new products to stop decline in the brand sales. Stabilized brand revenue in that segment in 8 months
    * Implemented local production of main products to improve profitability in Latin America. Gain of 20% in the product margin.

    Early promotion - 6 months before the end of Trainee Program
    * Controled brand results (market share, P&L, brand equity) and forecasts (volume and budget). Achieved main internal KPIs in the year
    * Conducted the strategy to regain leadership in Rio de Janeiro area (25% of total sales). Achieved leadership in the region in 6 months with highest market share ever achieved in the region
    * Led the launch of two pioneering local products. Johnson's baby sunscreen awarded by Press as the best sunscreen for newborns.

    * Conducted customer research in Latin America to define brands pipeline
    * Implemented new global packages in Latin America

    RoC brand
    * Headed anti-wrinkle segment: managed sales cycles, product launches and communitation initiatives with dermatologists; controlled segment performance (market share & P&L) ;
    * Revamped the anti-wrinkle segment for RoC brand: conducted research among dermatologists, consumers and sales team and launched a new anti-wrinkle line. Brand regained leadership in prescriptions among dermatologists in the segment after 2 months of the launch
