Growing, selling and delivering B2B technical services and capturing their value-added differentiation is my area of specialty.     Drove implementation of deployment plan of new wireline division service. Coordinated closely between HQ (France), engineering center (Japan) and field operations (worldwide). Directed all facets of field testing, roll out process, technical training, and customer and industry presentations.
    • The new service achieved the highest revenue per job average of the division portfolio.
  • Schlumberger - Operations Manager

    Paris 2000 - 2002 Based in China.
    Managed operations for wireline division services in North East China and Mongolia, with responsibility for meeting specified performance targets. Led 40-member operations team, with additional responsibility for 14+ M$ P&L, service delivery, HSE performance, and technical and asset management.
    • Turned around operation from below standard to high level service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Redressed loss making P&L to significant positive field margin. Maintained 100% offshore market share.
    • Organized successful, incident free and remote three month exploration campaign in Mongolia.
    • Planned and executed successful move to larger operational base.

    Managed six operational teams delivering offshore production services in the Gulf of Thailand.
