  2008 - 2011 Currently finishing my 3 years of work as Apprentice Engineer in the Design Office of Alfa Laval Spiral SAS.
  My company :
  Alfa Laval Spiral SAS is a leading worldwide company in designing and production of spiral heat exchangers.
  Our customers are all industrials company, mostly in oil and refinery sectors.
  All of our products are customized for each application of our customers and therefore need a good comprehension of their needs.
  Each order handlers as following formations to improve their communication skills with customers. All communications inside and outside the company are made in english.
  
  My tasks as Order handler in the Design office are :
  
  - Contact with customers (Normal handling, confirmation of modifications, technical documentation, etc.)
  Each affair has a given order handler for a better monitoring and faster answers to our customers.
  - Definition of needs for the affair, check availability in stock or send purchase request to the purchase department.
  - Creating production documentation
  - Monitoring of my affairs in the workshop / Investigate problems
  - Confirmation delivery times / delays to customers
  but also
  - Presentation of problems encountered during order handling to the Research departement, proposing solutions
  - small other projects :
  _ Analysis of the profitability of the storage of differents formats of gaskets
  _ Creating the production documents for a prototype in our workshop, and monitoring the production to revert the problems to the Research dpt.
  _Launching a new standard product and making procedure to lower costs & delays of production. My main efforts were on lowering the time needed to launch the units in production.
