    Cost reduction. Notable achievement: 10M$ per year of cost savings on cardiac monitor.
    Design transfer and voice of customer for design inputs. Notable achievement:
    New pacemaker product led from authorization to end of characterization and qualifications in 24 months.
    Coordination of various domains (Supplier management, EHS, Line organization, Cost optimization, Technology development, process characterization and qualification, Electrical testers, 3D designs)

    Development of various products, mainly industrial (one example: Hydrant leakage detector)

  • Oscilloquartz S.A. - Design Development Engineer

    1996 - 2002 Development engineer of single and double oven quartz crystal oscillators (From simulation/design to production line set up).
    Notable achievement: Designer of the first low cost single oven oscillator for Oscilloquartz
