In-service data statistical analysis (availability)
Statistical analysis of systems failures (ATA 4D) (reliability)
MFOP blocking points identification (ATA 4D) for new requirements definition
Clarification, Improvement and validation of AMM general chapters procedures.
o A320: Bird strike inspection and extreme cold weather procedures rewording
o A310: Non-revenue Flight justification for renewal of parking and storage period
o All programmes: Requirement definition for maintenance practice on upper fuselage and surfaces
Support to procedural documents creation and upgrade within Airbus Operability domain.
o A320 neo and generic V&V and testing plan
o A320 neo and generic AO Development plan
PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR A400M TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
Management of the Maintenance & Illustration departments and in charge of the customer interface “AIRBUS Military”:
Ensure project management interface with the customer and coordinate technical referents actions.
Ensure reporting, time management, cost, schedule and project steering meetings.
Ensure the project quality applicability.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE / PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Management, forecasting and technical assessment of needs in Aircraft Ground Equipment (A.G.E.) of future A400M for the French Air Force
Analyse, monitor and answer to Airbus Military recommended AGE proposal (Part A, B and D).
Quantify Air Force and Defence Industry needs (Part C).
Attend to working group meeting led by Airbus Military and OCCAR.
Forecast, define, quantify and arrange technical materials and specifics tools for forthcoming A400M support squadron.
HEAD OF AVIONICS TEAM
Staff and work plan monitoring:
Manage avionics team.
Planning manufacturing and work plan monitoring.
Beginners’ team training.
Crew member reinforcement (staff transport mission, freight and medical evacuations).
Technical and administrative monitoring:
Control and monitor preventive and curative maintenance operations.
Write and control maintenance reference documentation.
Pre and post flight checks for operational missions (France and foreign countries).
Certify avionics system conformity during flight control in accordance with flights security.
