I bring to my current employer more than 19 years of sucessfull sales experience, operationnal consulting management, business unit management in France and internationally, in the Applications software industry with a special focus in the CPG, Oil and Gas industries and Manufacturing sector.
Before joining Oracle, I led several > 10M$ business units as Director within J.D.Edwards managing pre-sales, sales and project management teams.I brought my international Large Accounts experience to PeopleSoft leveraging multi-M$ key deals and assuring long lasting customer satisfaction.At Oracle I decided to focus my activity on international accounts.
Prior to these operational and management experiences, I worked for more than 6 years within Alcatel across sales, product marketing and EMEA marketing/sales management.
In the ERP industry, i led or was part of start ups, fast moving company changes, new businesses integrations, creative go to market and sales boosting initiatives.
Consistent quota achiever for many years I managed key accounts including Schneider-Electric, Elf, Total, Lafarge, LVMH, Pernod-Ricard, Praxair, Danone…
I assist my clients in various areas, ranging from ERP backbones implementations, to Strategic scorecard agreements with customers involving co developpements with R&D, Supply Chain and optimization initiatives based on quantified ROIs.
