- Lead the Order to Cash process analysis (modules: OM, QP, OPM, INV, WSH, AR), collect and map business requirements and processes. Create "to-be" business process designs.
- Drive change and establish professional project change management:
* Propose and challenge any new opportunities for process efficiency and improvement
* Coordinate all members involved in Supply-chain and Order to Cash to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood.
* Establish, maintain and assist in execution of communication plans.
* Promote standard 11i solutions (easier deployment, easier support, cost reduction)
- Provide training and presentation materials for the different project milestones: UAT, Green/Yellow/Black belt trainings, Pilot, specific workshops.
- Facilitate the cross-stream coordination with the different departments: Manufacturing, Supply-chain and Finance.

Project scope: Order Management, Pricing, ATO flow (Assemble to Order), Shipping, Packing, Invoicing and Inventory Management. In charge of the process analysis and design, application setup, functional specifications, tests and user training.
• Oracle 11i implementation in the Philippines. Modules: OM, WSH, INV, AR, PO. Multi Operating Units and multi Inventory Organizations architecture. Acted as on-site coordinator between the local key users in the Philippines and the project team in France. Performed tests, user training and Go-live support.
• In charge of the data migration AR, AP, GL (Metrosoft/Oracle Apps 11i). PL/SQL development, tests, deployment.
• FMA team (2 months), provided a functional support on Oracle Application 10.7 & 11i: INV / OM / QP / WSH modules (sites: Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and China).
