    Nanterre 2017 - maintenant As a Business Analyst, I worked for the first 6 months in the e-commerce division of OSF, where I worked with worldwide brands on the implementation of the SalesForce Commerce Cloud solution.
    I then moved into the OMS division, where I worked on the implementation of Order Management Systems.

    Main point of contact for our customers, I am in charge of organizing workshops to gather business and functional requirements, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

    I am also in charge of writing Functional Specification Documents, in French and English, which detail the customers' requirements to be fully understandable by both customer business teams and our technical teams.

    On top of that, I held demos and trainings to present and train our customers on the solutions we implement.

    I am comfortable in an international environment, having worked on project for international brands based in France, USA and Canada.
