I am working in collaboration with the quality, maintenance and engineering departments to acheive the projects in continuous improvement, Cost reduction, quality and productivity improvement. Working directly in production area, I also follow production animation with the teams.

    2011 - 2011 NORAFIN is an innovative company producing high technical non-woven materials
    and providing all kind of manufacturing organizations.
    Achievements :
    Composites research project within the R&D team of the company, on the
    advantages of non-woven reinforcements for composites, versus UD/woven. Research
    mostly done on Flax and Para Aramid materials with Epoxy resin.
    - experiments on different processes (RTM, infusion...)
    - tests on several devices (tensile strength, direct shear, vibrations...)
    - analysis of the data
    - research on how to highlight the non-woven composites properties
    - working in collaboration with the Technical University of Chemnitz
    (lightweight department).

    2010 - 2010 Work in a traditional weaving company which provided customers with high quality linen (Flax) products, and embroidered badges for many organizations.
    Achievements :
    - Technical support : improvement of the production and the profitability of the
    looms, and update of the norms for weaving maintenance.
    - Quality inspection support : creation of a new process of fabric inspection, to
    respect the world quality system
