    2003 - 2010 Bakery group with wholesale and retail activities in California. Oversaw $45M sales operation and over 600 employees. Managed Finance/Accounting, Human Resources and all Retail activities.
    - Developed a 5-year strategy plan for growth in retail and wholesale that included refocusing on our core business (bakery) and disposing of full service restaurants.
    - Implemented a blend of more rigorous systems and processes, better analytical accounting, cost saving measures and organizational goals to support the growth.
    - Directed the opening of 10 stores in 4 years, from location scouting, lease negotiations to construction supervision.
