    Paris 2013 - 2013 Involved in the deployment of a Lean Manufacturing (DMAIC) approach. Specifically , I undertook :
    * Setting up of control strategy (dimensional : SPC, green light ; aesthetics : measures concordance) ;
    * Establishment of Procedures « Inspections in production », « control plan », « statement of defect code » and training people on these procedures ;
    * Implementation of non quality cost indicator and right the first time indicator ;
    * Creation of a defects code

    Involved in the characterization of raw materials (hardness test, traction test, Microscope, DSC).

    * Prioritising customer specification requirements (capapabilty, special characteristics, FMEA, ...) ;
    * Establishing a process to track the requirements (via the deviations to specifications)
    Project 2) « Driving the improvement of response times following customer claims » :
    * Definition of a standard to track customers claims (with indicators) ;
    * Participation of fall three analysis and fulfillment of a standard action plan.
